Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accounts, including, but not limited to:Manage costs and payment of vendor invoices. Maintaining healthy AP/AR aging Practicing journal entries. Generating month-end schedules and reconciliations Ensuring that the month-end close is carried out according to the scheduled timelines Analyze monthly variances to find trends, abnormalities, and areas that could use improvement. When it comes to accounting matters, interact and communicate with pertinent parties to guarantee timely and accurate work. Communicate and collaborate with key accounting stakeholders to guarantee work accuracy and timeliness. Participate in company and department projects that aim to streamline procedures, improve internal controls, and boost productivity.
