The posting

By encouraging a culture of continuous development and adherence to industry best practices, the DPA plays a critical role in ensuring that vessels satisfy the appropriate safety, security, and compliance criteria for safe and efficient operations.

1. Compliance and Vetting for Vessels:

Manage and oversee the vessel vetting procedure, making sure that it complies with all applicable laws, rules, and charterers' specifications.

Perform routine internal vetting evaluations to confirm that the vessel complies with vetting requirements.

2. Adherence to Regulations:

Verify that all applicable maritime laws, international treaties, industry guidelines, and charterer-specific criteria are followed by all vessels under control.

Remain informed on modifications to industry standards and laws pertaining to vessel compliance and vetting.

3. Examining Records and Documents:

Work together with the DPA to make sure that all paperwork complies with the vetting and safety management system (SMS) criteria.

4. Analysis of Vetting Performance:

Examine performance metrics and vetting reports to find patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for better vessel operations.

Create action plans to improve vessel performance and compliance based on the results of the screening process.

5. Communicate with industry stakeholders and charterers to learn about their particular screening needs and to resolve any issues or questions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
