Key Responsibilities:

  • Converting the area into a sales force that is value- and solution-based and uses a reliable, repeatable process
  • Strong commercial talent is attracted to and retained by a motivating leader. assembling a high-performing team with roles and responsibilities that are well defined, supported by OKRs and metrics to encourage the proper actions and results. the capacity to take the lead.
  • In order to drive OKRs and overperformance, data-driven decision making from structured reporting and forecasting is essential. Salesforce and MI experience is also required. Promoting sales hygiene is essential.
  • Target-driven, carrying out a very clear plan, and constantly searching the area for opportunities. exceeding goals every quarter, every month, and every year
  • To promote shared success, all departments must collaborate harmoniously, productively, and dynamically, with a focus on marketing, product, and customer success.

Qualifications:

  • Culturally aware and having experience leading teams across borders in a company with a worldwide clientele
  • Expert grasp of a successful repeatable value-based sales process e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN, MEDDIC, etc. demonstrated ability to successfully integrate this across several organisations
  • Experience gained from working for a fast-growing company with a track record of annual growth of at least 20%
  • Expertise working closely with the Customer Success Team to maintain current business at a 95% retention rate
  • Freedom to travel. It is expected that travel will be necessary to improve performance because the area has several offices and national managers.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, seasoned presentation abilities, and exceptional Microsoft Office proficiency
  • High standards of integrity, based on ethics and principles; dedicated to the company's success and willing to go above and beyond to do what is right, even when it is tough and personally taxing. treats everyone equally and consistently, regardless of their position within the company
