Το ξενοδοχείο 5* Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort στο Φόδελε Ηρακλείου Κρήτης επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για μόνιμη απασχόληση:

Προϊστάμενο Συντήρησης

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

· Οργάνωση, προγραμματισμός και επίβλεψη όλων των εργασιών προληπτικής και διορθωτικής συντήρησης των εγκαταστάσεων και του εξοπλισμού του ξενοδοχείου.

· Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης και ασφαλούς λειτουργίας των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων, των συστημάτων κλιματισμού, ύδρευσης, αποχέτευσης, ηλεκτροδότησης και ζεστού νερού χρήσης.

· Εποπτεία της τεχνικής λειτουργίας και συντήρησης των δωματίων, των κοινόχρηστων χώρων, των εστιατορίων, των bars, των κουζινών, των πισινών και του υδάτινου πάρκου.

· Κατάρτιση και εφαρμογή προγράμματος προληπτικής συντήρησης, με στόχο την ελαχιστοποίηση των βλαβών, τη μείωση των έκτακτων επισκευών και την παράταση της διάρκειας ζωής του εξοπλισμού.

· Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων τεχνικών υλικών και ανταλλακτικών, έγκαιρη υποβολή αιτημάτων προμηθειών και παρακολούθηση του κόστους συντήρησης.

· Διαχείριση, συντονισμός και επίβλεψη της ομάδας συντήρησης, κατανομή εργασιών, παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης και διασφάλιση της τήρησης των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών.

· Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και στην υλοποίηση τεχνικών έργων, ανακαινίσεων, αναβαθμίσεων και εργασιών προετοιμασίας της μονάδας πριν από την έναρξη και μετά τη λήξη της τουριστικής περιόδου.

· Σύνταξη τακτικών αναφορών προς τη Διοίκηση σχετικά με τις εργασίες συντήρησης, τις σημαντικές βλάβες, τις εκκρεμότητες, το κόστος και τις ανάγκες τεχνικών επενδύσεων.

Requirements

· Δίπλωμα Μηχανολόγου ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού

· Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.

· Καλή χρήση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.

· Καλή γνώση Η/Υ.

· Ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό συνθήκες πίεσης.

· Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

· Αναλυτική σκέψη, προσαρμοστικότητα και ευελιξία.
