Deine Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Termin eine/n Sachbearbeiter:in Customer Service, Operation & Logistics in Voll- oder Teilzeit für unser Büro in Friedrichshafen oder Berlin. Ziel ist die Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, korrekten und kundenorientierten Auftrags-, Logistik- und Serviceabwicklung. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Logistikpartnern und internen Fachbereichen gewährleistest du eine hohe Lieferperformance, Kundenzufriedenheit sowie effiziente und standardisierte Prozessabläufe entlang der Supply Chain mit folgenden Schwerpunktaufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen vom Bestelleingang bis zur Fakturierung
  • Erstellen und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
  • Beauftragung von Transporten und Überwachung einer termingerechten und vollständigen Auslieferung
  • tägliche Bestandskontrolle
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Prüfung und Abgleich von Transportrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung unseres ERP-Systems

Das bringst du mit

  • Besondere Leidenschaft bzw. eine nachhaltige Einstellung für ökologische Produkte und deren verantwortungsvolle Herstellung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Vertrieb/Auftragsabwicklung/Disposition wünschenswert
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Organisationsgeschick und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office 365, excel und idealerweise dem ERP-System Infor M3
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
