CHEF DE RANG

Le chef de rang se trouve hiérarchiquement sous l’assistant maître d’hôtel.

Description des tâches du chef de rang

  • Mise en place et préparation des livraisons,
  • Livraisons effectuée seul ou avec un apprenti en formation ou un autre formateur.
  • Débarrassage des livraisons, nettoyage, retour en plonge et débarrassage des chariots.
  • Remise en place pour le soir ou le jour suivant.
  • Lorsqu’un banquet ou autre évènement est organisé dans les locaux du Birdhouse, participer à la mise en place, au planning des équipes, à la mise en œuvre de l’évènement avec le soutien d’un ou plusieurs formateurs,
  • Former et accompagner les apprentis tout au long de leur formation,
  • Il/elle assiste et appuie l’assistant maître d’hôtel et la responsable de salle pour des tâches demandées (ouverture/fermeture espaces de restauration, nettoyages et mise en place des espaces),
  • Participe au bon respect des règles de l’entreprise ainsi qu’au respect du matériel de l’établissement.
  • En charge du suivi strict et de la mise en application du plan de nettoyage pour la partie du service.
  • Respect des règles d’hygiène en vigueur.

Profil :

  • Flexible dans les horaires,
  • Pédagogue,
  • Patient,
  • Qui aime enseigner,
  • Bienveillant,
  • Formation CFC ou BEP obligatoire,
  • Parle l’anglais couramment,
  • A l’écoute,
  • Minimum 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans le service (livraison et banquets)

Spécificités :

  • Les horaires sont en travail continu en journée cependant vous êtes amené à travailler le soir et les weekends lorsqu’il y a des évènements.
  • Vous pouvez être amené à effectuer d’autres tâches.
  • Les repas sont offerts.
  • Attestation de formateur d’apprentis un plus.
