Die Fondation ART-THERAPIE ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation, die sich der Förderung von Kunsttherapie für (schwer)kranke Kinder und Jugendliche in stationären, pädiatrischen Einrichtungen in der Schweiz widmet. Das Ziel der Fondation ART-THERAPIE besteht darin, den Genesungsprozess erkrankter Kinder und Jugendlicher im stationären Bereich mit erwiesenermassen wirkungsvoller Kunsttherapie in Spitälern zu unterstützen (die Kunsttherapie kann von den Spitälern noch nicht vollständig aus eigenen Mitteln finanziert werden). Wir arbeiten eng mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und dem Pflegepersonal in Spitälern zusammen, um innovative Therapieprogramme zu unterstützen und die Lebensqualität der Patient:innen zu verbessern.

Mitarbeiter:in FUNDRAISING 50-70 %, w/m/d

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung der Fundraising Strategie zur Generierung von Spenden seitens Förderstiftungen, Unternehmen, und Privatpersonen
  • Erarbeitung und Einreichung von Gesuchen und Spendenkampagnen (vorwiegend auf Deutsch aber auch in Französisch oder Italienisch)
  • Kontaktpflege zu Donatoren, Erschliessung von Gönnerkreisen und Gönnersegmenten
  • Einforderung von Berichten zuhanden der Stiftung und bestimmter Gönner
  • Mitarbeit bei Fundraising Anlässen

* Mitarbeit im Marketing und der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Newsletter, Social Media, Medienberichte)

Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen:

  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Fundraising, idealerweise im Gesundheits- oder Non-Profit-Sektor, gute Vernetzung mit Geldgeber-Stiftungen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung und Knowhow in Marketing, Kommunikation oder Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
  • Stilsichere, klar und verständliche Ausdrucksweise, selbständige, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
  • Zweisprachig Deutsch/Französisch oder Deutsche Muttersprache mit sehr guten Französischkenntnissen, Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Kunsttherapie und Identifikation mit Mission und Vision der Stiftung

Sie arbeiten im Homeoffice und treffen sich regelmässig mit den weiteren Teammitgliedern in Zürich, Bern oder Genf.
