Eben\-Hézer Lausanne accueille et accompagne depuis plus de 125 ans des personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle. Elle promeut un regard positif sur les personnes en situation de handicap et met ses compétences au service de leur participation et de leur inclusion dans la société. Eben\-Hézer Lausanne fait partie de la Fondation Eben\-Hézer, organisme de droit privé, sans but lucratif et reconnu d'intérêt public.

Afin de compléter notre ANTENNE SANTE, nous cherchons un Diététicien (H/F) à un taux d'activité de 20%.

Mission

Vous mettez en œuvre une alimentation équilibrée qui réponde aux besoins physiologiques de chaque résident, en fonction du handicap, et de l'état physique et psychique avec un souci permanent du plaisir de manger.

Responsabilités

* Transmettre des principes diététiques et nutritionnels auprès des groupes d'éducateurs produisant des repas et/ou donnant des compléments aux repas distribués par la cuisine

* Assurer la coordination et la planification des rendez\-vous avec les résidents et les éducateurs

* Contribuer à la formation continue des intervenants et à l'application de bonnes pratiques concernant le support nutritionnel

* Collaborer avec les fournisseurs (Home Care, firmes agro\-alimentaires et pharmaceutiques) et l'environnement des résidents (famille, répondant légal)

Profil souhaité

* Diplôme de diététicien HES ou équivalent

* Expérience clinique d'au moins 2 ans (oncologie, diabétologie, chirurgie bariatrique et nutrition artificielle)

* Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques

* ouverture d'esprit, autonomie et dynamisme
