Structure pluridisciplinaire et multi\\-sites, elle offre aux personnes accueillies un cadre de vie et de travail particulièrement harmonieux ainsi qu'un ensemble de compétences adaptées aux besoins et aux aspirations de chacun. Intégrée à la Fondation Eben\\-Hézer, la Cité du Genévrier est dépositaire du testament moral de sa fondatrice, Sœur Julie Hofmann. Elle considère à ce titre le bonheur des personnes accueilles comme finalité ultime de son action. \\Mission\\ Le groupe \<\< \\Le Laurier \>\>\\ est un lieu de vie accueillant des adultes présentant une déficience intellectuelle et nécessitant un accompagnement individualisé favorisant le bien\\-être notamment grâce aux soins et à des activités autour des 5 sens. Dans ce cadre, les éducateurs/trices participent de manière active aux sorties, activités sportives et culturelles, aux différents loisirs ainsi qu'aux camps. Afin de compléter l'équipe éducative, nous cherchons un éducateur social (H/F). \\Profil souhaité\\ \* Etre au bénéfice d'un diplôme d'éducateur ES ou HES \* Avoir de l'expérience dans le domaine du polyhandicap, \\un atout\\ \* Etre à l'aise dans les soins et la communication non verbale \* Savoir prendre des initiatives \* Avoir l'esprit d'équipe et le sens de l'éthique \* Patient, dynamique et créatif Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels, possédez un permis de conduire et êtes disposé à effectuer des horaires irréguliers y compris durant les week\\-ends. \\Cadre de travail\\ Nous vous offrons l'opportunité de prendre part à un projet novateur et d'évoluer dans un environnement de travail propice à la réalisation de la mission et à votre épanouissement professionnel.
