Sa vocation étant celle d'une institution généraliste dans le domaine de la déficience intellectuelle, elle offre également des prestations plus spécifiques (dans le domaine du polyhandicap, de l'autisme ou du syndrome de Prader\\-Willi). Intégrée à la Fondation Eben\\-Hézer, la Cité du Genévrier est dépositaire du testament moral de sa fondatrice, Sœur Julie Hofmann. Elle considère à ce titre le bonheur des personnes accueilles comme finalité ultime de son action. Afin de compléter notre équipe de 8 collaborateurs du secteur socio\\-éducatif, notre institution est aujourd'hui à la recherche d'un \\Responsable de secteur (H/F) à 90%\\ La notion de proximité est essentielle pour cette fonction qui comporte entre autres : \* La responsabilité de trois équipes éducatives, à savoir le soutien d'environ 30 collaborateurs dans leur travail quotidien \* La gestion administrative de ces équipes \* Le respect des lignes directrices et pédagogiques de l'institution ### \\Profil du poste\\ \* Etre au bénéfice d'un diplôme d'éducateur ES ou HES ou d'une formation jugée équivalente \* Etre titulaire d'une formation et/ou détenteur d'une expérience confirmée en management, un atout \* Etre au bénéfice d'une expérience avérée dans le domaine de la déficience intellectuelle \* Avoir une personnalité curieuse, perspicace, engagée et déterminée \* Etre reconnu pour vos excellentes compétences en matière d'écoute et de communication (sens de l'humour bienvenu) \\Entrée en fonction : 1er février 2027\\ ### \\Cadre de travail\\ Nous vous offrons la possibilité de participer au développement de l'institution et d'initier des projets, une autonomie d'actions et des responsabilités variées.
