La Fondation Le Relais œuvre depuis plus de 50 ans pour l’insertion d’adultes et jeunes adultes en difficulté. Elle est reconnue pour son expertise dans les domaines de l’insertion socio-professionnelle, de l’exclusion et des dépendances ainsi qu’en matière de logements de transition. Le CEFIL constitue l’une des quatorze structures de la Fondation Le Relais, dont la mission est l’accompagnement, depuis 1995, des adultes et des jeunes adultes en voie de rétablissement du lien social ou de perfectionnement professionnel basé sur des formations reconnues sur le marché de l’emploi. Afin de compléter son équipe, nous recherchons un.e :

Formateur·trice en Maintenance Immobilière à 40 - 60% CDI

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience de terrain dans le domaine de la conciergerie, de la gérance technique et de la maintenance immobilière et souhaitez transmettre vos compétences à un public adulte en reconversion ou en formation professionnelle ?

Votre mission : Animer des modules de formation en maintenance immobilière, principalement orientés vers les activités de conciergerie (nettoyage et entretien du bâtiment, entretien des espaces verts, gestion technique de bâtiments, etc.) ; Encadrer les apprenants dans le développement de compétences opérationnelles ; Participer à l’évolution des formations en étant force de propositions ; Évaluer le processus d’apprentissage avec les méthodes appropriées et contribuer à leur accompagnement professionnel.

Votre profil : CFC d’agent·e d’exploitation ou formation équivalente dans le domaine de la maintenance / conciergerie ; Expérience professionnelle souhaitée de 10 ans sur le terrain, dans des fonctions liées à la conciergerie ou à la gestion technique de bâtiments ; FSEA 1 exigée pour le poste ou disposé à se former ; Connaissance approfondie des normes, outils et bonnes pratiques du métier ; Bonnes connaissances de l’entretien des espaces verts ; Expérience dans la formation d’adultes, idéalement auprès de personnes en insertion socioprofessionnelle ; Bonne connaissance des principes de l’andragogie et capacité à adapter ses méthodes pédagogiques aux différents publics ; Excellentes qualités relationnelles, sens de l’écoute, patience et capacité à accompagner et motiver les apprenant·e·s ; Sens de l’organisation et aptitude à planifier, structurer et évaluer des séquences de formation. Excellente maîtrise orale et écrite du français ; Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; Brevet fédéral de concierge : un atout.
