Afin de compléter nos équipes d'accompagnement pour notre établissement psycho\\-social médicalisé à mission de réduction des risques de la Clochatte au Mont\\-sur\\-Lausanne, qui héberge 30 bénéficiaires, nous recherchons : ### \\un infirmier ou une infirmière à 80%\\ \\Vos activités\\ En tant qu' métier, vous dispensez et évaluez des prestations d'accompagnement et des actes médicaux délégués. Vous pratiquez au sein d'une équipe interdisciplinaire et contribuez ainsi à son évolution. Votre approche personnalisée donne la possibilité à nos bénéficiaires de développer une autonomie suffisante qui leur permet d'améliorer leur qualité de vie et de se réinsérer socialement et professionnellement.
