Nous accompagnons au quotidien plus de 500 enfants et adolescents présentant une déficience intellectuelle, un polyhandicap, des troubles du spectre de l’autisme, sur l'ensemble du canton de Neuchâtel. Nos prestations ciblées dans les champs pédagogiques, éducatifs, thérapeutiques, visent la valorisation et l’épanouissement des jeunes en situation de handicap tout au long de leur scolarité. Nous sommes une organisation sans but lucratif, reconnue d’utilité publique et fondée en 1967. Pour satisfaire sa mission, l'Ecole Spécialisée cherche un·e:

Aide de Cuisine à 80%

Votre mission : • Soutenir la cuisinière principale dans la préparation, la confection et le service des repas, dans le respect des critères de qualité définis. • Réceptionner et contrôler les marchandises nécessaires à la préparation des repas. • Assurer le nettoyage et l'entretien des locaux, des équipements et du matériel de cuisine, conformément aux protocoles établis. • Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. • Utiliser les équipements et installations de cuisine de manière adéquate et sécurisée. • Collaborer au bon fonctionnement du service de restauration et participer aux différentes tâches liées à son activité.

Votre profil : • Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire. • Vous êtes titulaire d'une attestation fédérale de formation professionnelle (AFP) en cuisine : un atout apprécié. • Rigoureux·se et organisé·e, vous accordez une grande importance à l'hygiène et à la propreté. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, faites preuve de polyvalence et savez appliquer les consignes et procédures établies. • Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de conduire (voiture manuelle). • Vous attachez une grande importance à la mission de la Fondation Les Perce-Neige.
