Cet accompagnement s'appuie sur des activités pédagogiques, culturelles, artistiques et ludiques, favorisant les échanges et l'épanouissement des personnes accompagnées. Dans ce contexte, nous sommes à la recherche d'un \\Adjoint ou d'une Adjointe de la responsable\\ ------------------------------------------------- \\Votre mission\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\ Vous contribuez au développement de notre prestation Centres de jour en assurant le management de proximité des équipes, dans le cadre défini par la personne responsable Centres de jour. Vous fédérez les équipes autour d'une ambition commune : proposer un accompagnement socio\\-éducatif de qualité, adapté aux besoins des personnes accueillies, et favoriser leur autonomie, leur participation et leur développement personnel. Vous veillez à la cohérence des pratiques d'accompagnement, soutenez les équipes dans les situations rencontrées et accompagnez le développement de leurs compétences. Vous coordonnez les activités et les ressources nécessaires au quotidien et contribuez, aux côtés de la personne responsable Centres de jour, à l'évolution de la prestation et aux projets du secteur Ateliers. \\Votre profil\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\ Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine social (ES ou HES), complétée par une formation en gestion d'équipe de type CAS ou équivalent ; Vous disposez d'une expérience ou de compétences avérées en management d'équipe et savez fédérer, soutenir et accompagner le développement des collaboratrices et collaborateurs ; Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience significative dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap et disposez d'une bonne connaissance des enjeux de l'accompagnement socio\\-éducatif ; Vous faites preuve de capacités d'analyse et de discernement, notamment dans l'accompagnement des équipes face aux situations rencontrées ; Vous disposez de bonnes capacités d'organisation et de coordination, et êtes à l'aise dans la gestion des priorités et des ressources ; Vous êtes à l'aise dans le suivi administratif lié au fonctionnement d'une équipe et d'une prestation ; Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques usuels et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de suivi et de gestion.
