Faisant partie d’une équipe soudée et soutenante, l’exercice de ces métiers permet une grande autonomie mais nécessite de grandes responsabilités et une flexibilité de la part de nos collaborateurs.

Afin de compléter nos équipes, La Fondation Soins Lausanne recherche au 1er février 2027 ou à convenir un/e:

Infirmier·ère Petite Enfance (IPE) \- 50%

Contrat fixe à durée indeterminée

Lieu : Lausanne et couronne lausannoise

Votre mission

  • Promouvoir un environnement familial et social favorable au développement optimal des enfants dès la naissance et pendant l'âge préscolaire
  • Prévenir des troubles psychoaffectifs, des maladies et des accidents survenant au début de la vie selon le cadre de référence des IPE dans le canton de Vaud
  • Assurer des prestations de qualité conformément aux règles de déontologie et collaborer avec les autres professionnels du Réseau social et de la santé de la Petite enfance

Votre profil et vos compétences

  • Bachelor en soins infirmiers (ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Expérience avérée de 3 ans en pédiatrie ou dans le domaine de la petite enfance
  • Intérêt marqué pour la santé communautaire
  • Capacité à travailler en réseau
  • Sens des responsabilités
  • Capacité à s'organiser de manière autonome et à fixer des priorités
  • Grande disponibilité au niveau des horaires, remplacements aussi durant les vacances scolaires
  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques et la téléphonie mobile
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule
