UN AUXILIAIRE DE VIE A DOMICILE (H/F)

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Notre projet institutionnel est de proposer une approche globale et diversifiée d’accueil, d’accompagnement, de soins ou de prise en charge médicale en Ile-de-France.

Fortement impliqué dans le territoire de l’Est Parisien, l’équipe du SAAD de la fondation, participe au maintien à domicile des personnes en perte d’autonomie (personne âgées ou fragilisée ou handicapée) ou rencontrant des difficultés passagères (perte de mobilité temporaire) dans l’accomplissement des actes essentiels de la vie courante.

Il propose une prise en charge des soins de la vie quotidienne en favorisant la proximité avec les bénéficiaires et leurs aidants et en recherchant la valorisation de l’autonomie.

Vos responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité du coordinateur social, vous êtes chargé(e) de :

  • Aider aux actes de la vie courante : aide à la toilette, au lever et au coucher.
  • Administrer des médicaments si un pilulier a été mis en place par un infirmier.
  • Préparer les repas en respectant le régime alimentaire de la personne accompagnée et en veillant au respect des règles d’hygiènes.
  • Aider à la prise de repas si nécessaire.
  • Entretenir le domicile de la personne accompagnée : nettoyage des pièces.
  • Entretenir le linge courant de la personne accompagnée.
  • Aider aux courses et aux démarches administratives avec ou sans la personne accompagnée.

Vous avez

· Diplôme d’Auxiliaire de vie.

· Expérience de la personne âgée.

· Capacités à faire preuve d’autonomie, à travailler en équipe, à gérer son temps et ses priorités, à répondre aux situations d’urgence et à agir en conséquence.

· Qualités humaines et relationnelles auprès des patients, des familles et des aidants.
