Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon,

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

L’IFSI Paris Croix Saint Simon, situé sur le site de la cité scolaire Bergson – Jacquard, 27 rue Edouard Pailleron 75019 Paris.

L’IFSI dispense une offre de formation professionnelle initiale dans le champ sanitaire et social.

Agréé par la Région Ile-de-France et l’Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS), il prépare au diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier.

L’accompagnement des étudiants est un principe fort du projet pédagogique de l’établissement, dans le respect et la bientraitance des personnes qui sont formées.

Une pédagogie active et innovante, et un parcours de stage individualisé, sont mis en œuvre.

Vos responsabilités

Rattaché(e) à la directrice de l’établissement, vous êtes responsable de la gestion d’une promotion d’étudiants, à ce titre vos principales missions sont :

  • Construire et mettre en place un dispositif de formation.
  • Préparer et corriger les évaluations.
  • Accompagner un groupe d’étudiants dans leur formation (entretiens individuels, guidances de travaux et TFE, visites de stage) de la sélection à la diplomation.
  • Participer aux processus de sélections et concours d’admission.
  • Formaliser et suivre les activités pédagogiques et les pratiques de formation.
  • Gérer les dossiers scolaires des étudiants.
  • Contribuer aux missions transversales : groupes de travail, démarche qualité, actions de communication.

Vous avez

- Un Diplôme d Etat de d’Infirmier complété par un master 2 et / ou diplôme cadre de santé

- Une expérience sur un poste similaire ou d’intervenant occasionnel.

- Une maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques.

- Qualités relationnelles : écoute, communication, esprit d’équipe.
