UN EDUCATEUR DE JEUNES ENFANTS (H/F)

En CDD à Temps plein.

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Venez rejoindre les équipes de notre multi-accueil FULIGULE.

Situé au 38 rue Nicolo dans le 16ème arrondissement de Paris, notre équipe accueille 65 enfants du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 19h00.

Les enfants évoluent au sein de trois espaces de vie et d’un jardin.

Tout en étant dans un contexte de collectivité, l’équipe attache une importance particulière à individualiser au maximum l’accompagnement de chaque enfant en respectant son rythme et en le laissant exercer son libre choix et son autonomie.

Vos responsabilités

Au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire dans un cadre de travail bienveillant, en tant qu’éducateur de jeunes enfants, vous êtes particulièrement responsable de l’accueil de l’enfant et de sa famille. Vous contribuez à l’épanouissement et à l’éveil des enfants en assurant la mise en place du projet pédagogique au travers d’actions d’éducation, d’animation et de prévention.

Pour cela, votre rôle au sein de la crèche est de :

  • Accueillir les enfants et garantir la qualité de leurs soins et de leur bien-être en respectant leur rythme, leur autonomie, leurs besoins et leur sécurité.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du projet pédagogique par l’animation des activités éducatives. Si vous avez des idées ou des activités, n’hésitez pas, nous sommes toujours friands de nouvelles propositions !
  • Dynamiser l'équipe par la mise en place et l’animation d’actions contribuant à l’éveil, au bien-être et au développement des enfants.
  • Participer activement à la vie de la crèche à travers l’animation de groupes de travail et réunions d’équipe.

Vous avez

  • Diplôme d’Etat d’Educateur de Jeunes Enfants.
  • Le sens des responsabilités, de l’organisation
  • Un esprit curieux et une personnalité dynamique.
