Un Médecin Généraliste Addictologue/Psychiatre (H/F)

En CDI à Temps partiel

Bienvenue au sein de la Fondation Œuvre de la Croix Saint-Simon.

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Situé au 10 rue Perdonnet dans le 10ème arrondissement de Paris, le CSAPA Horizons propose depuis 1989 un suivi pluridisciplinaire en ambulatoire ou en appartement thérapeutique pour des patients, parents ou femmes enceintes, en situation de dépendance à des produits psycho-actifs.

Le CSAPA Horizons propose un accueil, une information, une évaluation des actions de prévention et de réduction des risques, une prise en charge médicale et psychiatrique avec possibilité de traitement de substitution, un suivi psychologique et/ou psychothérapique, un accompagnement socio-éducatif, et une prise en charge en ambulatoire et/ou en appartement thérapeutique.

Vos responsabilités

En tant que médecin généraliste addictologue/psychiatre au CSAPA Horizons, vous aurez la responsabilité de :

- Assurer des consultations médicales et addictologiques : Évaluation, diagnostic et prise en charge des patients souffrant de troubles liés aux addictions (alcool, tabac, drogues etc.).

- Proposer des traitements adaptés : Mise en place et suivi des traitements de substitution et autres thérapies adaptées à chaque patient.

- Suivi psychiatrique : Évaluation et prise en charge des comorbidités psychiatriques liées aux addictions.

- Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire : Collaboration étroite avec les infirmières, psychologues, travailleurs sociaux et autres professionnels de santé pour une prise en charge globale du patient.

- Participer à la prévention et à l’éducation thérapeutique : Actions de sensibilisation et de prévention des risques liés aux addictions auprès des patients et de leurs familles.

- Contribuer au développement des projets du CSAPA : Participation aux réunions d’équipe, aux formations internes et aux projets de recherche et développement.

- Mettre en œuvre des actions de réduction des risques et des dommages : Élaboration et mise en place de stratégies visant à réduire les risques associés à l’usage de substances psychoactives.

Vous avez

- Un Diplôme de Médecin Généraliste, spécialisation en Addictologie et/ou Psychiatrie (DESC Addictologie ou équivalent).

- Une expérience souhaitée en CSAPA ou en milieu hospitalier, avec une spécialisation en addictologie ou en psychiatrie.
