UN MEDECIN OBSTETRICIEN EN HAD H/F - En CDI Temps partiel (0.2 ETP poste en télétravail en majorité)

Acteur majeur dans les secteurs sanitaires et médico-sociaux aux services des personnes vulnérables de la naissance à la fin de vie.

Ici, nous plaçons l’expertise hospitalière au cœur de la prise en charge des patientes pour garantir la sécurité des soins.

Vos responsabilités Expertiser, Coordonner, Développer

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Pôle Mère-Enfant et en collaboration étroite avec les sage-femmes (salariées et libérales), vous êtes le garant de la qualité médicale du parcours périnatal :

  • Expertise Médicale et Parcours de Soins : Vous apportez votre expertise sur les situations pathologiques et participez au staff médico-social. Vous participez à des réunions mensuelles d’équipe en présentiel sur Paris 19.
  • Qualité, Sécurité et Traçabilité : Vous êtes force de proposition dans l’élaboration des protocoles de soins et de la politique qualité. Vous veillez à la sécurité des soins en analysant les événements indésirables et en participant activement à la démarche de certification en lien avec les différentes instances.
  • Développement et Partenariats : vous assurez la représentation de l’établissement auprès des prescripteurs hospitaliers et des partenaires du territoire. Vous travaillez à l’ancrage de l’HAD dans le tissu sanitaire local.
  • Formation : Vous participez à la formation continue des sage-femmes de l’HAD.

Vous avez

- Diplôme de docteur en médecine, inscription auprès du Conseil de l’Ordre des Médecins avec une spécialité en obstétrique.

- Une pratique significative de l'exercice médical et une excellente connaissance des spécificités hospitalières.

- Autonomie, réactivité, polyvalence, vous vous possédez un sens aigu de la diplomatie et de la négociation. Vous aimez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire (sage-femmes, IDEC, pédiatres, pharmaciens, psychologues, travailleur social).
