The posting

Fonden for Entreprenørskab søger en serviceminded bogholder til et barselsvikariat i vores økonomi- og administrationsafdeling. Du får ansvar for centrale opgaver inden for bogholderi, løn og administration og bliver samtidig en del af en organisation, der arbejder for at styrke entreprenørskab blandt børn, unge og studerende.

Du bliver en del af en organisation med et vigtigt samfundsformål, hvor vi hver dag arbejder for at give børn, unge og studerende mulighed for at udvikle idéer, omsætte dem til handling og skabe værdi for andre. Vi samarbejder med uddannelsesinstitutioner, virksomheder, fonde og offentlige aktører over hele landet.

Vi søger en kollega, der kan tage ansvar for en række centrale økonomi- og administrationsopgaver, og som trives med både tal, struktur og kontakt til mennesker.

Om jobbet

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

Bogføring, betaling af fakturaer og bankafstemninger

Fakturering og opfølgning på indbetalinger

Lønkørsel og lønadministration

Refusioner, moms og øvrige offentlige indberetninger

Administration af legater og indberetning til Skat

Deltagelse i årsafslutning og regnskabsopgaver

Vi arbejder i Business Central, Danløn og Microsoft 365 – især Excel. Det er derfor en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med disse systemer eller tilsvarende løsninger.

Hvem er du?

Du har erfaring med bogholderi og lønadministration og arbejder selvstændigt og struktureret. Du tager ansvar, følger dine opgaver til dørs og har lyst til at hjælpe både kolleger og samarbejdspartnere. Samtidig bidrager du med en positiv og serviceminded tilgang til hverdagen.

Stillingen ønskes besat fra den 1. december 2026 og er et barselsvikariat på 33 timer om ugen med arbejdssted på vores hovedkontor i Odense, tæt ved banegården.
