Fonden KærBo søger en engageret og fagligt dygtig social- og sundhedsassistent eller pædagog til en fast stilling på 37 eller 30 timer ugentligt med tiltrædelse snarest 1. januar 2027 eller snarest muligt.

Om stillingen Som medarbejder på KærBo vil du varetage beboerrettede opgaver i et socialpsykiatrisk botilbud. Vi arbejder med at skabe trygge og udviklende rammer for vores beboere med fokus på rehabilitering, trivsel og selvstændighed. De ansatte på KærBo arbejder ud fra en mentaliserende tilgang og vi kan tilbyde NADA-behandling. Det vil derfor være positivt hvis du kan mestre den mentaliserende tilgang og har NADA uddannelse.

Vi har i vores tilbud plads til 10 beboere under §107 og §108. Endvidere har vi 9 pladser i vores træningsboliger, placeret i nærheden af KærBo. Træningsboligerne fungerer ligeledes med daglig støtte fra personalet. Dit arbejdssted kan variere fra hovedhuset på Kær til træningsboligerne i nærheden.

Vi forventer, at du

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedsassistent eller pædagog.
  • Har interesse for eller erfaring med socialpsykiatri
  • Har erfaring med medicinhåndtering
  • Kan arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig indgå i et team
  • Har gode samarbejdsevner og en anerkendende tilgang til beboerne
  • Har kørekort B.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår sker efter gældende overenskomst med SL. Stillingen er på 37 eller 30 timer ugentligt og ønskes besat fra 1. januar 2027 eller snarest muligt.

Arbejdstiden er fordelt på dag, aften og arbejde hver 7. weekend. Forud for ansættelsen vil der blive indhentet straffeattest, og ansættelsen vil være betinget af, at denne er tilfredsstillende.
