Job Summary

Complete assigned production, packing, labelling, and cleaning tasks accurately and safely using approved ingredients and methods. Maintain hygiene standards, record work precisely, and communicate issues promptly to supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time and complete hygiene and pre-start checks thoroughly to ensure safe production conditions
  • Use only approved ingredients, recipes, batch details, equipment, and work methods to maintain product quality and consistency
  • Perform production, packing, labelling, and cleaning tasks to meet required standards and ensure operational efficiency
  • Accurately record work and checks at the time of completion to maintain reliable production records
  • Report errors and quality concerns immediately rather than conceal them to support continuous improvement
  • Identify unsafe conditions, incorrect ingredients, unclear instructions, or quality issues and promptly consult supervisors for resolution
  • Learn job tasks through the buddy process, practice safe work habits, and assist with shift handovers when assigned
