Sales Lead (Brazil)

Your Role Brazil is growing fast, and businesses that run on the phone sign up every day. We need someone who closes deals and makes the team around them close more. You're a seller first. Most of your week is spent running demos and closing your own deals, with your own target. The rest goes into making our SDRs and AEs better: listening to calls, coaching in real time, and fixing what slows the team down. You work directly with our Brazil GTM on targets and strategy. You lead by example, from the front.

What to expect

- Run demos and close deals yourself, with your own monthly New MRR target

- Responsibility for folio’s sales performance in Brazil

- Team building: Hire, ramp and coach the polish AE & SDR team as we scale

- Player-coach: Lead from the front – stay in deals and demos, not just dashboards.

- Keep the funnel healthy: more leads reached, more demos held, more deals closed

- Set the standard for how we sell in Brazil: demo flow, objection handling, follow-up

- Close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success and leadership

Who We're Looking For

- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales in Brazil, ideally high-volume inbound

- A top closer: you've consistently hit or beaten your targets

- You've coached or mentored other reps, formally or not, and want to do more of it

- You coach with data: you look at the funnel, find the leak and fix it

- Hands-on: you'd rather jump on a call than schedule a meeting about it

- Native Portuguese; strong English
