O que buscamos:

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar na área administrativa, com foco em compras, facilities, controle de contratos e manutenção, garantindo organização, agilidade e o bom funcionamento das demandas internas da empresa, além de apoiar diferentes áreas com senso de responsabilidade no dia a dia.

Seu dia a dia:

• Conduzir processos de compras de ponta a ponta, incluindo cotação, negociação com fornecedores e acompanhamento de pedidos até a entrega; • Analisar e controlar as compras realizadas, assegurando prazos, custos e conformidade com as políticas internas; • Gerir a frota de veículos locados, incluindo contratos, manutenções, renovações e utilização, propondo melhorias de custo-benefício; • Administrar contratos administrativos (aluguéis, água, energia, internet, entre outros), acompanhando vigências, renovações e possibilidades de renegociação; • Ser o ponto focal de facilities, atendendo às demandas dos escritórios relacionadas a manutenção e reformas, com senso de priorização; • Assegurar o pleno funcionamento da infraestrutura, acionando e avaliando fornecedores e acompanhando a qualidade dos serviços prestados; • Estruturar e acompanhar demandas administrativas gerais, atuando como referência de suporte para as áreas internas; • Manter controle rigoroso de prazos, documentos e base de fornecedores, propondo melhorias de processo quando pertinente.

O que esperamos de você:

• Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência sólida em rotinas administrativas, compras e/ou facilities; • Conhecimento em processos de compras, gestão de contratos e negociação com fornecedores; • Vivência na gestão de fornecedores e prestadores de serviço, com capacidade de avaliação crítica de propostas; • Facilidade para organizar e priorizar múltiplas demandas simultâneas com autonomia; • Domínio do pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
