O que buscamos:

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa para atuar de forma estratégica na operação jurídica, apoiando a liderança na evolução e organização dos fluxos, demandas, indicadores, escritórios terceirizados e orçamento da área. Procuramos um perfil analítico, organizado e proativo, capaz de gerenciar prioridades, garantir o andamento das demandas e contribuir para uma operação mais eficiente.

Seu dia a dia:

• Acompanhar a operação jurídica, garantindo controle de demandas, fluxos, prazos e performance da área; • Monitorar indicadores, riscos e gargalos, propondo melhorias nos processos, controles e rotinas; • Gerir o orçamento jurídico, incluindo honorários, custas, emolumentos e fornecedores; • Gerir escritórios terceirizados e realizar a interface com áreas internas e parceiros, assegurando qualidade, prazos e alinhamento estratégico; • Apoiar a liderança com análises e relatórios gerenciais sobre a carteira de processos e os resultados da área.

O que esperamos de você:

• Formação superior completa em Direito; • Experiência prévia na área jurídica: contencioso, cobrança judicial, recuperação de crédito, operações jurídicas ou gestão de demandas jurídicas; • Capacidade de análise crítica de processos, riscos, prazos e estratégias; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; • Organização e capacidade de priorização; • Facilidade para lidar com indicadores, controles e relatórios; • Excel intermediário.

O que pode te destacar:

• Inscrição ativa na OAB; • Experiência em instituições financeiras ou assessorias de cobrança ou escritórios com atuação em contencioso estratégico; • Conhecimento em recuperação de crédito, busca e apreensão, alienação fiduciária, execução, cobrança judicial ou carteira massificada; • Vivência com indicadores jurídicos, dashboards, BI ou relatórios gerenciais; • Experiência em projetos de automação, tecnologia ou melhoria de processos; • Excel avançado.
