Een dag uit jouw leven (in de nacht…) als Nachtdienst Medewerker

De nachtdiensten op locaties: Rijnauwenstraat Den Haag, Beukenhof, Iependaal, Schuttersdreef, Voorburght en Buizerdveld, zijn wakkere nachtdiensten. Dit houdt in dat je op locatie aanwezig bent. De werktijden tijdens de nachtdienst zijn van 22:45 tot 07:45 uur. Je start jouw dienst met een overdracht. Hierin wordt vermeld hoe het met alle cliënten gedurende de dag is gegaan en of er bijzonderheden zijn. Eventueel deel je nog medicatie uit. Tijdens de nachtdienst zijn er een aantal huishoudelijke taken die uitgevoerd moeten worden, zoals ’s het reinigen van de koffiemachine en het aanvullen van huishoudelijke zaken. Echter zijn de voornaamste taken de afdeling rustig en veilig houden. Wanneer een bewoner wakker wordt en even langs komt, maak jij een rustig praatje en kun jij hem of haar motiveren om nog verder te slapen. Om 07.15 uur is de eerste dagdienst aanwezig en kan er een overdracht gedaan worden voor alle bevindingen in je nachtdienst.

  • Een vitaliteitsbudget! Met dit budget kan je maximaal €200,--netto inzetten om jouw vitaliteit, gezondheid en beweging op peil te houden of te verbeteren;
  • Een balansbudget van maximaal €1000,- bruto per jaar op basis van 36 uur per week;
  • Een 13e maanduitkering (8,33%)
  • Vakantiegeld (8,33%).

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde MBO opleiding op niveau 4 richting Social Work, Persoonlijk Begeleider Specifieke Doelgroepen of soortgelijk;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van - en (werk)ervaring in de psychiatrie en LVB;
  • Jij kunt snel en de-escalerend handelen in onverwachtse situaties;
  • Je bent in het bezit van een BHV-certificaat. Heb je dit niet? Geen probleem, in jouw eerste maand bij Fonteynenburg bieden wij ook hiervoor een verplichte cursus aan;
  • Je kan ADL (Algemene dagelijkse levensverrichting) uitvoeren.
