The posting

Founded in 1984, the Food Bank for Larimer County is the central hub for food rescue and charitable food distribution in our area. Our mission is to provide food to all in need through community partnerships and hunger relief programs such as no-cost markets, our network of nonprofit partners, and prepared meals for children and seniors.

WE’RE NOT JUST COOKING MEALS. WE’RE CHANGING LIVES.

Every day at , thousands of people across our community rely on something many of us take for granted: access to nutritious food.

Behind that impact is a kitchen producing more than 300,000 meals every year for children, seniors, and families who need support the most.

We are looking for someone who believes that food is more than nourishment.

We need a leader who can step into a fast-moving kitchen environment and make things happen.

Someone who:

? Leads by example

? Thrives in a fast-paced environment

? Knows how to bring people together around a mission

? Can guide volunteers with patience and confidence

? Understands that every meal prepared represents dignity for someone in our community

This role is about more than working in a kitchen.

Every meal prepared here helps someone in our community who genuinely needs it.

If you take pride in doing great work and want to be part of a team making a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
