Vanjska je služba srce naše tvrtke koju diljem Republike Hrvatske predstavljaju marljivi i vrijedni timovi terenskih zastupnika. Njihov je glavni zadatak da brinu o našim višegodišnjim kupcima i partnerima iz građevinske i auto industrije. Asortimanom od preko 100.000 proizvoda i pouzdanim te odgovornim pristupom radu stekli smo povjerenje naših kupaca koje i dalje želimo njegovati i razvijati.

Zbog jačanja terenskog prodajnog tima građevinske branše na području Slavonije, Baranje i Srijema, tražimo osobu koja želi biti na terenu, voditi ljude primjerom i razvijati prodajne rezultate!

Koji su radni zadaci Junior voditelja?

  • terensko uvođenje i podrška prodajnom timu;
  • samostalni i zajednički obilasci postojećih kupaca i širenje mreže kupaca;
  • unapređenje prodaje i širenje palete kupujućih artikala;
  • motiviranje i razvoj prodajnog tima;
  • praćenje rezultata i ostvarenje ciljeva te predlaganje novih mjera za poboljšanje rezultata;
  • izvještavanje o stanju na terenu neposrednom voditelju i po potrebi upravi Poslodavca.

Kakve kandidate tražimo?

Tražimo kandidate:

  • SSS, VŠS, VSS;
  • poželjno iskustvo u terenskoj prodaji;
  • izražene liderske i komunikacijske aktivnosti;
  • visoka razina samostalnosti i odgovornosti;
  • spremnost na terenski rad;
  • poznavanje rada na računalu;
  • vozačka dozvola B kategorije.
