Have certifications from another manufacturer? That's okay! We value your experience and technical background. Certifications with brands such as GM, Ram, Cummins, International, Freightliner, or other manufacturers are a plus. Ford certification is preferred, but not required—we are looking for skilled technicians with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
  • Perform quality repairs following manufacturer standards and safety procedures.
  • Inspect vehicles, identify concerns, and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay current with technical training, repair procedures, and manufacturer updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional service to every customer.

What We're Looking For

  • Ford Certification preferred, but not required.
  • Manufacturer certifications from other brands are welcome.
  • Previous dealership or fleet experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of diesel, fleet, or dealership experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE Certification preferred.
  • Own tools required.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
  • A desire to continue learning and grow with our organization.
