You will manage an hourly workforce responsible for all packaging operations including Receiving, Packaging production, Replenishment & Picking of Consumables, Consolidation and Shipping.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
- Manage hourly workforce responsible for all packaging operations: Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping
- Responsible for delivering objectives related to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Absenteeism, Cost and Cleanliness
- Interact with other salary employees, and suppliers to deliver successful results
- Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training, and personnel administration
- Maintain a positive working relationship with employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract
- Facilitate crew meetings.
- Prepare/maintain work related records as needed
- Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation)
- Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams
- Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams
- This is an onsite position requiring the flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays per business needs
- There is no hybrid option for this position
Qualifications
You'll have...
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in similar positions
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees
- Ability to motivate and lead others around a common goal
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions
- Goal oriented individual

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
