  • Evaluate Significant and Critical Characteristics identified by Product Engineers and develop Failure Mode Avoidance plans and documentation for new-model programs.
  • Create, modify, and maintain process sheets, and provide updated cycle-line layouts as manufacturing processes develop.
  • Lead the identification, resolution, and closure of Final Assembly Engineering (FAE) feasibility issues.
  • Review lessons learned from new-model launches and implement actions to prevent recurrence in future programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Implementation Teams, Product Development, Supplier Technical Assistance, Material Planning & Logistics, and New Model Programs.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A record of working independently with minimal direct supervision.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
