Job Description

The I-ERP Program is seeking an organized, analytical Project Manager to join the Program Management Office and execute the governance support, metrics, solution planning, and cross-program coordination that keep our enterprise resource planning transformation on track. Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will own day-to-day PMO execution. You will support the governance forums that the PMO Manager designs and runs, keep program metrics accurate and current, support solution and release planning, track dependencies across the I-ERP program and adjacent initiatives, and manage the program CRAID log.

This role suits someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity. You should be team player with the ability to turn complex program information into clear, executive-ready content, follow up until actions close, and raise risks and dependencies before they become problems, and support KPI and dashboard metric enhancements. This position is hybrid.

Responsibilities

Governance Execution (Support)

The PMO Manager owns, designs, and runs the Global, Combined, and Regional L2 governance forums. The Project Manager supports those forums by preparing content, coordinating logistics, and driving follow-through.

  • Support the PMO Manager in preparing for Global, Combined, and Regional L2 meetings, including scheduling, pre-reads, materials, and attendee coordination.
  • Capture decisions, actions, and owners during each forum. Publish minutes and track follow-ups to closure to drive accountability.
  • Support the build of executive-ready governance materials (status decks, dashboards, scorecards) to the PMO Manager's direction, turning complex program information into clear insights and asks.
  • Support Combined L2 sessions with partner and adjacent programs by consolidating inputs, aligning timelines, and surfacing shared risks for the PMO Manager in addition to scheduling, pre-reads, materials, and attendee coordination.
  • Prepare regional inputs for Regional L2 meetings, reflecting regional priorities and release plans while keeping the global view consistent.
  • Maintain governance calendars, charters, and RACI documentation so stakeholders know how forums operate and how decisions are made and escalated.

Program Metrics & Reporting

  • Collect, validate, and publish program-level metrics and KPIs covering progress, quality, and delivery health, following the standards set by the PMO Manager.
  • Work with PDO (Program/Product Delivery Organization) teams so metrics are accurately and consistently defined and updated on time.
  • Run data quality checks, reconcile discrepancies, and escalate metric issues according to the agreed reporting cadence.
  • Analyze trends, identify areas of concern early, and prepare concise insights and recommendations for the PMO Manager and program leadership.
  • Working with the PMO tools team on data needs and enhancements to support the build and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, and related tools.

Solution Planning Support

  • Support solution planning by consolidating scope, milestones, capacity, and readiness inputs from workstreams and PDO teams.
  • Partner with Release Management Managers to maintain integrated plans and schedules, and to confirm plan assumptions and entry/exit criteria.
  • Support forecasting of program and release performance using current metrics and trends.
  • Help develop and track recovery plans when gaps or delays appear, working with release management, PDO teams, and workstream leads. Monitor corrective actions and report their effectiveness.
  • Track solution planning decisions and changes, and make sure they are reflected in governance materials and program artifacts.

Cross-Program Dependency Management

  • Identify, document, and track cross-program dependencies impacting the I-ERP program and adjacent initiatives.
  • Build and maintain I-ERP cross program dependency log and views. Keep owners, dates, status, and impacts current.
  • Facilitate dependency working sessions with program leads to resolve conflicts, sequence work, and reduce schedule risk.
  • Escalate unresolved or at-risk dependencies to the PMO Manager and governance forums with a clear impact assessment and recommended options.
  • Contribute to the dependency management framework and help it scale as the program grows.

CRAID Management & PMO Process Support

  • Manage the program CRAID log (Change Requests, Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Key Decisions), making sure every program level item is logged, has a clear owner and due date, and is kept current.
  • Drive discipline in CRAID management and governance by tracking items, following up with owners, escalating overdue or high-impact items, and driving resolution.
  • Review the CRAID log regularly for completeness, quality, and accuracy, and report CRAID status, trends, and top items to the PMO Manager and for governance forums.
  • Support adoption of PMO standards, templates, and governance processes across workstreams, coaching members of the program as needed.
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical fixes to the PMO Manager.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO roles, ideally within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience supporting executive-level governance forums (e.g., steering committees, L2/L3 reviews).
  • Experience defining, collecting, and reporting program metrics and KPIs, with strong attention to data accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including dashboards, filters, and reporting.
  • Understanding of program delivery frameworks and experience managing CRAID/RAID registers.
  • Experience managing dependencies, schedules, or integrated plans across multiple teams or programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn technical and operational detail into clear executive narratives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a record of following through to closure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, PgMP, SAFe, or a similar project/program management certification.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other major ERP platforms.
  • Experience in a global, matrixed organization with multiple regional stakeholders.
  • Experience with solution planning in an enterprise or hybrid agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira Align or similar enterprise agile planning tools.
  • A technical foundation with SQL and query building experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
