The posting

As a professional automotive sales associate at Ford of Jones County, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through the entire sales process with expertise and enthusiasm. You will learn our products inside and out, treat every customer with 100% respect, and maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times. We value high customer satisfaction scores and expect you to master the 12 steps to the sale, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for our customers. Additionally, we offer a $5,000 monthly guarantee as long as you sell at least 12 cars within the month.

Responsibilities

  • Walk customers through the complete sales process.
  • Learn and understand all products thoroughly.
  • Maintain a respectful and positive attitude toward every customer.
  • Achieve and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Follow the 12 steps to the sale for effective selling.
  • Meet monthly sales targets to qualify for the $5,000 monthly guarantee.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Motivated to achieve sales goals and maintain high CSI scores.
  • Willingness to follow company sales processes and procedures.
