Vi välkomnar sjuksköterskor som vill bli en del av vårt fantastiska team.

Enebacken är ett vård- och omsorgsboende med totalt 108 platser. 2 avdelningar är avsedda för korttids- och växelvård. 3 avdelningar är somatiska och resterande 7 avdelningar har inriktning mot personer med demenssjukdom. Vi har sjuksköterska dygnet runt. På dagtid finns undersköterskor, arbetsterapeut, fysioterapeut, kurator och aktivitetscoach att tillgå i huset.

Dina arbetsuppgifter Du har ett arbetsledande ansvar enligt HSL och ska vara pedagogisk i din handledning av omvårdnadspersonal utifrån MAS riktlinjer och enhetens rutiner. Du ansvarar för att samordna och genomföra HSL insatser. Vi arbetar även med kvalitetsregister såsom Senior alert, BPSD och Svenskt palliativregister. Teamet består av omvårdnadspersonal och en sjuksköterska.

Dina personliga egenskaper Du har ett genuint intresse av att arbeta med äldre och personer med olika former av demenssjukdomar. Du ska ha vårdtagarnas bästa i fokus. Ditt arbetssätt är flexibelt och du har förmåga att arbeta resultatinriktat, verksamhetsutvecklande och se helheten i verksamheten. Som person är du självständig och lyhörd samt bidrar med en positiv anda i arbetslaget.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper, som socialt hög kompetens samt förmåga att leda och samarbeta med såväl uppdragsgivare som boende, närstående och medarbetare.

Kvalifikationer Svensk Legitimerad sjuksköterska med vana att dokumentera och med erfarenhet från demens-, somatisk eller geriatrisk vård.

Anställningstyp/arbetstider Vi erbjuder dig en timanställning/ Sommarvikarie där du själv styr över din tid. Efter önskemål kan lägga schema för en kortare period.
