Forenedecare AB ASIH söker sjuksköterska för sommarvikariat/timvikariat för tjänstgöring dag /kväll /helg.

Beskrivning av verksamheten

Vi kan erbjuda dig ett spännande och fritt arbete i våra ASIH team ( Avancerad Sjukvård I Hemmet) )

Forenedecare arbetar på uppdrag av landstinget . ASIH i Arninge har ansvar för ca 160 inskrivna patienter uppdelade på fyra team . Vi arbetar i team där du som sjuksköterska ingår som en viktig del. Våra team utgår från Arninge i Täby. Vi har fyra team som sitter i samma lokaler i Täby (Arninge) med upptagningsområde Täby, Danderyd, Vallentuna, Vaxholm och Österåker.

Vem är du?

Du som söker bör vara initiativrik, flexibel, positiv och framför all tycka om att arbeta självständigt men också arbeta i ett team.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenheter från onkologi, hematologi eller distriktsjuksköterskemottagning.

Meriterande

Du som söker bör vara självständigt med komplex medicinsk vård i patientens hem, flexibel, positiv . Rollen innebär att i nära samarbete med teamet (läkare, fysioterapeut ,arbetsterapeut m.fl.) ge avancerad palliativ vård, hantera medicinteknisk utrustning, administrera läkemedel och stödja anhöriga.
