BESKRIVNING AV VERKSAMHETEN

Byle Gård är en specialiserad palliativ vårdavdelning som ligger i utkanten av Täby Kyrkby. Avdelningen har 18 vårdplatser för palliativ slutenvård. På avdelningen vårdar vi huvudsakligen patienter med avancerad tumörsjukdom men även andra diagnosgrupper i livets slutskede förekommer. Vi arbetar i team bestående av läkare, sjuksköterska, undersköterska, fysioterapeut, arbetsterapeut och kurator. Vi bedriver vård med kvalité, vi har t.ex. egen kock som lagar maten till våra patienter. Hos oss är inget omöjligt!

Här får du ingå i en erfaren och kompetent arbetsgrupp med lång erfarenhet av palliativ vård. Vi tycker att teamarbete och samverkan är viktigt. Enheten verkar för att ligga i framkant inom den specialiserade palliativa vården. Flera av dina blivande arbetskamrater är specialistutbildade inom palliativ vård.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Sedvanliga arbetsuppgifter som sjuksköterska på en palliativ vårdavdelning, samt administrativa uppgifter som Biträdande Enhetschef. Vi arbetar efter den palliativa vårdens värdegrund som är närhet, helhet, kunskap och empati, där patientens fysiska, psykiska, existentiella och sociala behov står i centrum. Personcentrerad vård är utgångspunkten och flexibilitet är viktigt för oss.

KVALIFIKATIONER

Sjuksköterskeutbildning, med några års erfarenhet, gärna med erfarenhet av ledarskap och/eller palliativ vård. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
