Liderar a Controladoria da Forever Liss, garantindo a integridade das informações contábeis, fiscais e de custos, e transformando-as em análises gerenciais que apoiem a Diretoria na tomada de decisão. Responsável pelo planejamento financeiro e orçamentário (FP&A), pela gestão de tesouraria e fluxo de caixa, pelo fechamento contábil, pela apuração de custos industriais e pela gestão de riscos fiscais, contribuindo para a rentabilidade do portfólio, a conformidade legal e a sustentabilidade do crescimento da empresa.

• Coordenar a elaboração do orçamento anual (receitas, custos, despesas, CAPEX e fluxo de caixa) junto às áreas, para definir metas financeiras alinhadas à estratégia da empresa;

• Elaborar forecasts periódicos e projeções de resultado, para antecipar desvios e apoiar a Diretoria na revisão de prioridades;

• Estruturar estudos de viabilidade econômico-financeira de lançamentos de produtos, novos canais, investimentos e projetos, para embasar decisões de alocação de recursos;

• Gerenciar o planejamento tributário, avaliando regimes, benefícios fiscais e impactos da Reforma Tributária (CBS/IBS), para reduzir a carga tributária de forma lícita apoiando a preparação a empresa para a transição;

• Gerenciar o calendário de fechamento e o cronograma de obrigações acessórias, para assegurar entregas no prazo;

• Liderar, desenvolver e avaliar a equipe de Controladoria (Contabilidade, Fiscal, Compras, Financeiro/Tesouraria e FP&A), distribuindo atividades e acompanhando resultados, para garantir qualidade e produtividade da área;

• Gerir as rotinas de Financeiro/Tesouraria (contas a pagar e a receber, conciliações bancárias, relacionamento com bancos, aplicações e captações), para garantir a liquidez e a saúde financeira da empresa;

• Gerir o fechamento contábil mensal e a emissão das demonstrações financeiras (DRE, Balanço, DFC e DMPL) conforme CPC/IFRS, para garantir informação confiável e tempestiva;

• Coordenar a apuração dos tributos diretos e indiretos (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS/COFINS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI) e a entrega das obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, ECD, ECF, EFD-Reinf, DCTF), para assegurar a conformidade fiscal;

• Gerenciar a apuração de custos industriais (custo padrão x real, estrutura de produtos, rateios e variações), para suportar a formação de preços e a análise de margem por produto, linha e canal;

• Elaborar e apresentar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores (EBITDA, margem de contribuição, giro de estoque, prazo médio, rentabilidade por cliente/canal), para orientar as decisões da Diretoria e das áreas comerciais e industriais;

• Ser o ponto focal junto a auditoria externa, assessorias tributárias e jurídicas, consultorias e órgãos fiscalizadores, para atender demandas e conduzir processos com segurança;

• Atuar como parceiro de negócio das áreas Comercial, Marketing, Industrial e Supply Chain, traduzindo números em recomendações práticas;

• Monitorar diariamente o fluxo de caixa e a posição de endividamento, para assegurar o cumprimento dos compromissos financeiros e o uso eficiente do capital de giro;

• Acompanhar mensalmente o realizado x orçado, investigando e reportando desvios, para que as áreas adotem ações corretivas;

• Garantir as conciliações contábeis e a revisão de saldos patrimoniais, para assegurar a fidedignidade das demonstrações financeiras;

• Supervisionar o controle de estoques e os inventários periódicos (matéria-prima, embalagem, produto em elaboração e acabado), para garantir a acurácia dos custos e a correta valoração dos estoques;

• Estruturar e monitorar controles internos, políticas e procedimentos (alçadas, segregação de funções, fluxos de aprovação), para mitigar riscos operacionais, fiscais e de fraude;

• Monitorar contingências e passivos fiscais e acompanhar mudanças na legislação, para avaliar impactos e garantir a adequação tempestiva dos processos e sistemas;

• Assegurar a qualidade dos cadastros e parametrizações fiscais e contábeis no ERP, para garantir a correta escrituração das operações.
