Als Commercieel Directeur Herkauwers combineer jij visie en commerciële slagkracht met verbindend leiderschap. Jij ziet waar kansen liggen en hakt knopen door. Je motiveert mensen, bouwt sterke relaties en stuurt op resultaat. Zo heb je direct impact op de groei en toekomst van onze OpCo Herkauwers. Samen gaan we elke dag voor het beste resultaat! Je geeft leiding aan een organisatie met 12 direct reports en circa 125 indirect reports en bent lid van het OpCo Management Team Herkauwers.

Jouw uitdaging

Deze rol draait om meer dan commerciële resultaten alleen. Je geeft richting aan de commerciële koers van de OpCo Herkauwers en weet strategie te vertalen naar resultaten. Je versterkt klantrelaties, begeleidt teams bij veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat waardecreatie voor veehouders centraal blijft staan. Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met executiekracht. Je werkt nauw samen met collega`s, klanten, dealers en andere stakeholders in de keten en weet mensen te verbinden rondom gezamenlijke doelen.

De opdracht

De komende jaren ligt de focus op:

  • Het ontwikkelen en realiseren van de commerciële strategie binnen de veranderende veehouderij.
  • Het realiseren van duurzame waardecreatie voor klanten én ForFarmers.
  • Het verder versterken van klantrelaties en het bewaken van een gezonde klantenbalans.
  • Het vergroten van marktaandeel binnen een competitieve markt.
  • Leiderschapsontwikkeling binnen jouw teams.

Als Commercieel Directeur Herkauwers ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële prestaties van de OpCo. Je bereidt budgetten voor, met focus op volume, marge en kostenbeheersing en je zorgt voor de realisatie ervan. Je geeft leiding aan een omvangrijke salesorganisatie, waaronder ook plant, handelsartikelen en klantenservice vallen en geeft richting aan ons dealernetwerk. Daarbij stuur je op afzet en marge. Met een heldere koers, duidelijke prioriteiten en verbindend leiderschap weet je mensen in beweging te krijgen en resultaten te realiseren. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het OpCo Management Team.

Wat jij meebrengt

Je bent een strategisch en commercieel leider die mensen mee weet te nemen in verandering. Je combineert marktinzicht, ondernemerschap en verbindend leiderschap om duurzame resultaten te realiseren.

  • Hbo+ of wo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ruime managementervaring binnen een commerciële omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams en managementlagen.
  • Een relevant netwerk binnen de agribusiness, feed- of aanverwante sector.
  • Bewezen ervaring met strategische verandertrajecten.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
