Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich für unseren Standort Hamburg in Vollzeit als

Logistikleiter (m/w/d) Güterkraftverkehr / LKW-Logistik

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Du leitest den Logistikstandort Hamburg mit rund 50 Beschäftigten und bist als Führungskraft regelmäßig vor Ort präsent.
  • Zusätzlich trägst Du die übergeordnete Verantwortung für die LKW-Logistik an den Standorten Rendsburg und Neubrandenburg mit weiteren 40 Mitarbeitenden und stellst eine enge, standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sicher.
  • Du sorgst für reibungslose innerbetriebliche Abläufe und entwickelst Prozesse, Strukturen und Schnittstellen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du verantwortest die gesamte logistische Prozesskette, vom Wareneingang über den Kundenservice bis zur Distribution, sowie die eingesetzte Technik.
  • Du steuerst den Bereich anhand betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen, behältst Ziele, Entwicklungen und das Tagesgeschäft im Blick und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie unserer Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und auf Augenhöhe und arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit allen Bereichen und Führungsebenen zusammen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein Studium der Betriebswirtschafts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Logistik bzw. Supply Chain Management abgeschlossen. Alternativ verfügst Du über eine Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position in der LKW-Logistik sowie nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit.
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du über die Befähigung als Verkehrsleiter.
  • Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit TMS-Systemen, digitalisierten Prozessen und den entsprechenden Tools aus.
  • Du verfügst über sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungs- und Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
  • Du setzt strategische Ziele konsequent in die Praxis um, denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, neue Wege zu gehen.
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und ein gutes Zeitmanagement zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert, pragmatisch und tatkräftig und überzeugst mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität.
