Equipment Operations & Technical Support

  • Support in-house semiconductor equipment operations, demonstration activities, process runs, and maintenance requirements when required.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Forge Nano’s ALD technologies, equipment architecture, and process capabilities.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, retrofits, and engineering change implementations.
  • Install replacement components and support spare parts planning and inventory management activities.
  • Interface closely with Engineering, Operations, Product Development, and R&D teams to communicate field observations and support continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Escalate complex technical issues as necessary and support root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Create, revise, and follow technical documentation including work instructions, service procedures, maintenance plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
  • Document service activities accurately, troubleshooting outcomes, corrective actions, and customer interactions within applicable service management systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
