**In this Marketing Manager role, you’ll be…

**

  • Owning Local Market Strategy & Execution: Drive marketing strategy and execution across the Nordics by localizing global campaigns - including content, messaging, and events - to fit regional market nuances, local languages, and regulatory contexts.
  • Building Partner & Channel Marketing: In close collaboration with the Partner Manager, establish and nurture strategic relationships with local law firms, consultancies, and channel partners through co-branded content, webinars, and targeted referral programs.
  • Driving Demand Generation & Sales Alignment: Plan and execute high-impact local demand generation initiatives across digital and offline channels. Partner tightly with regional Sales leadership to hit pipeline targets, elevate lead quality, and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for target accounts.
  • Providing Market Intelligence & Brand Leadership: Act as the voice of the Nordic market back to global Marketing and Product teams by sharing competitive intelligence, regulatory updates, and buyer feedback, while supporting local PR and ensuring consistent brand execution.
  • Managing Budget & Performance: Oversee the regional marketing budget, direct vendor and agency relationships, and track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI.

**The Marketing Team is instrumental in driving Formalize’s go-to-market trajectory and brand authority as we build the leading European platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). Focused on expanding our footprint across Europe, we shape, execute, and scale high-impact demand generation, product positioning, and brand storytelling that resonate with enterprise risk, compliance, and legal leaders.

We don't focus on generic campaigns or vanity metrics - we drive strategic, revenue-relevant market momentum. Our main goal is to build pipeline, deep market credibility, and long-term value in an increasingly complex landscape of regulations, standards, and resilience best practices.

**What you’ll bring:

**

  • Proven track record in Field Marketing or Revenue Marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS in the Nordic market.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable, high-performing campaigns and frameworks.
  • Professional fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, alongside professional proficiency in English (our primary working language), allowing you to communicate value and negotiate seamlessly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional go-to-market teams.
  • Deep understanding of Nordic business culture, regional buyer personas, and local market dynamics.
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach focused on driving measurable impact and revenue ROI.
