Coördinator Supply Chain

Wat ga je doen?

Als Coördinator Supply Chain ondersteun je de afdelingen Werkvoorbereiding, Inkoop en Magazijn. Je helpt bij het coördineren van materiaalstromen, het beheren van administratieve processen en het tijdig beschikbaar maken van materialen. Met jouw inzet draag je bij aan een soepel verlopend productieproces en een efficiënte supply chain.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Werkvoorbereiding

  • Controleren, aanvullen en beheren van stuklijsten en productieorders.
  • Voorbereiden en klaarzetten van materialen voor productie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de productieplanning en het bewaken van de voortgang.
  • Bijhouden en actualiseren van documentatie, werkinstructies en orderinformatie.

Inkoop

  • Aanmaken, verwerken en opvolgen van inkooporders.
  • Controleren van orderbevestigingen, levertijden en prijzen.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers over afwijkingen, levertijden en beschikbaarheid van materialen.
  • Ondersteunen bij voorraadanalyses en besteladviezen.

Magazijn

  • Verwerken van goederenontvangsten en controleren van binnenkomende leveringen.
  • Bijhouden van de voorraadadministratie en signaleren van afwijkingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij voorraadtellingen en cycle counts.
  • Uitgeven van materialen aan productie en registreren van materiaalverbruik.

Over jou

Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en neemt graag initiatief. Je vindt het prettig om overzicht te houden, prioriteiten te stellen en samen te werken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen administratieve werkzaamheden en praktische taken en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen in processen.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een mbo-diploma niveau 4, bij voorkeur in de richting Logistiek, Supply Chain, Inkoop of Administratie.
  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met logistieke of administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Heb je basiskennis van ERP-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Ridder IQ.
  • Kun je goed overweg met MS Office.
  • Ben je sterk in plannen en organiseren en weet je prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Communiceer je gemakkelijk met collega's en leveranciers.
  • Werk je proactief en signaleer je afwijkingen voordat ze problemen veroorzaken.
  • Ben je flexibel, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
  • Heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en pak je werkzaamheden zelfstandig op.
