Innovation has always been at the heart of what we do ever since our first Grand Prix in 1950. Now, more than 75 years on, the sport remains a pioneer, developing technologies that have made a significant impact on society beyond the track.

Whether its engineering, broadcast, legal, logistics, security, event management, commercial, media rights, marketing, or communications there is always a talented team working to maximise the potential of the sport.

Role Overview

This is an opportunity to help bring Formula 1’s commercial presence to life at events around the world. As a Commercial Producer, you will take ownership of the planning and delivery of trackside and paddock branding across selected Formula 1 events, turning sponsor commitments and creative concepts into high-quality, visible results on the ground.

Working at the heart of a fast-paced international event environment, you will coordinate suppliers, installation teams, promoters, partnership teams and creative specialists to deliver physical, digital and virtual advertising solutions. From reviewing venue plans and managing timelines to monitoring sponsor exposure during live sessions, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring every detail is delivered safely, accurately and to the highest standard.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver trackside and paddock branding across allocated Formula 1 events, ensuring consistent presentation and operational excellence.
  • Review technical drawings and venue plans to identify suitable locations for branding assets, taking account of commercial, broadcast and operational requirements.
  • Develop clear project plans, milestones and schedules, actively tracking actions and escalating potential delays where required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with appointed suppliers, providing clear briefs and managing delivery against agreed requirements, quality standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end installation of trackside, paddock, podium and associated branding assets, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage installation teams and contractors on site, providing clear direction and resolving practical delivery issues.
  • Partner with promoter and partnership teams to understand sponsor contractual obligations and translate these into practical event deliverables.
  • Chair and participate in meetings with promoters, suppliers and third-party stakeholders, both remotely and on site, to maintain alignment and drive successful execution.
  • Plan and coordinate virtual advertising requirements, working with specialist teams to ensure placements are correctly positioned for optimal exposure.
  • Coordinate trackside and paddock LED screen infrastructure, collaborating with suppliers and creative teams on content requirements, testing and operational readiness.
  • Work within the live broadcast environment, under the direction of the Senior Commercial Producer, to monitor branding exposure and identify opportunities to improve sponsor visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative and operational teams to explore innovative branding concepts and future commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project records, schedules and tracker entries throughout the planning and delivery of assigned events.
  • Produce clear race reports and post-event evaluations, capturing performance insights, delivery issues and recommendations for future events.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, manage competing priorities and respond positively to changing requirements and operational challenges.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
