El miembro del equipo del restaurante: el puesto de contador frontal es más que solo un trabajo, es una oportunidad de adquirir una experiencia de vida que va más allá de simplemente crear un producto excelente en un entorno amigable. Como miembro del equipo de restaurante que trabaja en el mostrador, sus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Saludar y servir a los invitados con el modelo CORE 4: contacto visual, sonreír, hablar con entusiasmo y estar conectado
  • Mantener el conocimiento personal de la marca Chick-fil-A y elementos de menú
  • Tomando pedidos con velocidad y precisión en el mostrador
  • Preparación y envasado de pedidos de alimentos para catering y pedidos en la tienda
  • Verificación de pedidos de calidad y consistencia del producto
  • Siguiendo los procedimientos de salubridad y seguridad
  • Trabajar con otros miembros del equipo para garantizar la satisfacción de los huéspedes
