Opensity Solutions is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant position for our prestigious clients' Nashville office. This role provides critical administrative support to the HR Manager within a Global Operations Center, helping drive key HR functions including onboarding and offboarding, recruiting coordination, employee events, and job description management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a collaborative workplace environment through strong communication, technical, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Manager of the Global Operations Center.
- Complete administrative tasks for employees onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of employee related events in conjunction with HR leadership and Office Administration.
- Support HR Manager to develop and update job descriptions for all positions within the Global Operations Center.
- Assist with administrative recruiting tasks such as scheduling interviews.
- Performs other Human Resources duties and miscellaneous special projects as assigned.
- Create, revise, and format documents as per requirements.
- Maintain flexibility to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Required Education, Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or two years’ administrative experience in a related field.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with information with maturity, judgement and discretion.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints and deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative, highly organized and detail oriented.
- Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with calendar management and scheduling.
- Exemplary customer service and collaborations skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Demonstrate initiative, independent thinking and creative problem solving.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of efficiency.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and see projects through to completion.
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
The Compensation range for this role is 24.00 to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
