Du får dessutom inspiration och utbildning av Michelinkocken Johan Eriksson. Och så får du kontrasterna. Lugnet, naturen och livet i Dalsland - med Oslo och Göteborg bara ett par timmar bort. För dig som flyttar hit kan vi hjälpa till med boende. Vem är du? Du är en utbildad, erfaren a la carte-kock. Du kan ditt hantverk och har ett genuint intresse för råvaran, maten och gästernas upplevelse, men också för hela resan dit. Du arbetar hållbart ekonomiskt, men även med råvaror, meny, kvalitet och säsong. Du har idéer, eget driv och en vilja att utveckla. Du ser möjligheter, tar initiativ och tycker om att få andra med dig. Du är både lagledare och lagspelare. Vi söker dig som vill ta ansvar för ett kök, men också vara med och utveckla något. Dig som bryr dig om hantverket, råvarorna, människorna och platsen - och som vill skapa något riktigt bra tillsammans med oss. VI har två restauranger, en i Bengtsfors och en utanför Åmål. Tjänstgöring på båda kan bli aktuellt.
