Als Senior Lead Professional Services (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines oder mehrerer Teams im Servicebereich. Du stellst sicher, dass Projekte effizient, qualitätsgesichert und mit optimalem Ressourceneinsatz durchgeführt werden. Dabei verantwortest du sowohl die operative Steuerung als auch die strategische Weiterentwicklung deines Teams. Dein Fokus liegt auf nachhaltigem Projekterfolg, hoher Kundenzufriedenheit und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Standards.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines oder mehrerer Professional-Services-Teams und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team steuerst du das Ressourcenmanagement, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst für einen effizienten Einsatz der verfügbaren Kapazitäten.
  • Mit Blick auf Planung und Staffing stellst du sicher, dass Prozesse konsequent angewendet und Kompetenzen optimal genutzt werden.
  • Du verantwortest die relevanten KPIs, insbesondere die Billable Utilization, und steuerst deren Erreichung aktiv.
  • Durch deine enge Begleitung gewährleistest du eine kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung in laufenden Projekten.
  • Neue Prozesse, Tools und Standards entwickelst du proaktiv und implementierst sie, um Effizienz und Qualität nachhaltig zu steigern.
  • Entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles übernimmst du alle disziplinarischen Aufgaben – von der Einstellung bis zur Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden mit und hast Teams erfolgreich gesteuert und weiterentwickelt.
  • Zudem verfügst du über mindestens 10 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Leitung ganzheitlicher ERP-Projekte.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Abas ERP sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für ERP-Prozesse sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlichem oder IT-Schwerpunkt bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet deine Basis.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Motivationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Analytisch und strukturiert gehst du an Themen heran und arbeitest sicher über verschiedene Fachbereiche hinweg.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen dir die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams.
