Job Description

Financial Controller EMEA

Join Fluke's EMEA Controlling team and play a key role in ensuring the financial compliance, reporting integrity, and operational excellence of our EMEA business.

As a Financial Controller, you will partner with finance teams across EMEA and the US, business stakeholders, and external auditors to drive accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead statutory reporting and compliance for assigned EMEA legal entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close, balance sheet reviews, and financial reporting.
  • Manage cost center reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Own and develop expertise in key accounting areas such as statutory reporting, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and foreign currency management.
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX, tax, and statutory audits.
  • Coach and develop Assistant Controllers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional finance transformation projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Experience in multinational and complex EMEA environments.
  • Proven ability to drive change, improve processes, and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on mindset, continuous improvement focus, and a passion for teamwork.
