Job Description

Fluke is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst – Finance & Supply Chain to join our Enterprise Applications team.

This role will partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective Oracle ERP solutions. The position combines hands-on support and continuous improvement of our existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment with an important role in Fluke's transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

We are looking for someone who understands business processes end to end, not simply individual Oracle modules. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, challenging unnecessary complexity, developing functional requirements and solution designs, supporting testing and implementation, and helping resolve production issues through root-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives, process challenges, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Analyze processes end to end, including the downstream financial, operational, integration, data, and control impacts of ERP changes.
  • Provide functional support and continuous improvement for Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain processes.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution across business teams, internal IT resources, and application support partners.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify business processes, reduce manual work and unnecessary customization, improve controls, and enhance the user experience.
  • Participate in Fluke's transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including current-state discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state process design, requirements, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Support a standard-first approach to Fusion, using delivered Oracle capabilities and business-process improvements where practical rather than automatically recreating legacy customizations.
  • Develop end-to-end test scenarios and participate in system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data mapping, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, and business validation activities associated with the transition to Fusion.
  • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge articles.
  • Manage multiple enhancements, production issues, and project assignments while communicating risks, dependencies, decisions, and status clearly.
  • Work effectively with internal teams, AMS resources, developers, architects, and implementation partners while ensuring knowledge is transferred into the Fluke organization.

Functional Scope

The successful candidate should have experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or preferably both, with exposure to processes such as:

Finance

  • Record-to-Report
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Assets and Cash Management
  • Financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash financial integration
  • Inventory and transaction accounting
  • Financial controls, approvals, and SOX requirements

Supply Chain

  • Procure-to-Pay and Purchasing
  • Supplier management
  • Inventory Management
  • Order Management
  • Shipping and fulfillment
  • Warehouse-related processes
  • Demand and Supply Planning
  • Item and product master data
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Returns
  • Supply Chain costing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experience as a Business Systems Analyst or comparable Oracle functional role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably R12.
  • Functional experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, or related end-to-end ERP processes.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience supporting solutions through the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration/development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently own assignments and drive issues through resolution.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fluke's Everett office Tuesday through Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or SCM.
  • Experience participating in an Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration or transformation.
  • Functional knowledge spanning both Oracle Finance and Supply Chain.
  • ERP experience within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Oracle implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major transformation programs.
  • Understanding of ERP integrations, master data, data migration, and reconciliation.
  • Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods.
  • Experience working with AMS providers, offshore delivery teams, or system implementation partners.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner to both the business and IT. You will understand how Fluke operates today in Oracle EBS while helping design how we operate tomorrow in Oracle Fusion.

You will be expected to take ownership from the initial business problem through requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization. Just as importantly, you will help Fluke use the transition to Fusion as an opportunity to simplify processes, reduce unnecessary customization, strengthen controls, and create a more sustainable ERP environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
